- I'm not very good with computers. Will I keep up?
- Yes. Lessons are short, plain-English and designed to be repeated. Nothing assumes prior knowledge, and the Apps & Devices level walks you through real settings screen by screen.
- What device do I need?
- Anything with a web browser — a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. There is nothing to install.
- How long does the training take?
- Around 18 hours in total across all seven levels, broken into short lessons. Most people do a lesson or two a week and finish comfortably within their membership year.
- Do I have to do the levels in order?
- No. Bronze is the natural starting point, but you can jump to AI or Apps & Devices whenever you like.
- Is there a certificate?
- You receive a completion record for each level, which is useful evidence of staff training for businesses and insurers.
- Can I enrol my whole team?
- Yes. The membership is AU$120 per learner per year, and we invoice your business directly. Send an enquiry with your headcount.
- How current is the content?
- Scams change constantly, so lessons are reviewed and updated through the year — particularly the AI level. Updates are included at no extra cost.
- What if I change my mind?
- Tell us within 30 days of enrolling and we'll refund your membership in full.
